Ryan

Before Ryan joined Hexwood Forge for the 2020 rebrand, he worked as a writer, publishing several novels and a sizable collection of both poetry and short fiction. He's brought those skills with him to the business, helping the brand explore its own narrative potential in exciting new ways.

Kesslan

In 2014, Kesslan first opened Hexwood Forge under the name Cinderella's Mice, where it functioned mostly as an on-demand nerdy costuming and crafts business. While she got to work on some incredible projects, Kesslan eventually put the shop on temporary hiatus in 2018 after it started becoming difficult to balance the needs of Cinderella's Mice with her day job as a flight attendant. Now, she runs the shop with her partner, Ryan, pursuing her passion for art, gaming, and all things nerdy.

Sarah

While not officially on the payroll, if you ever come see us in person at Comic-Con, you'll almost certainly find Sarah there too. We call her an unpaid intern, but in reality, she's an incredible friend with an apparently limitless well of good ideas. She's also an impressive artist, and you can find many of her designs amongst our products. If you're ever unsure, hers are the designs with butts on them.

Josh

He's not technically a part of the Hexwood team, but more often than not, you'll find Josh behind the booth at events we sell at. Not only is he an amazing friend, he's the artisan behind the handmade dice we have available at in-person events. If you're ever interested, you can find his dice at graymatterdice.etsy.com.

Jennie

Another friend with work benefits, Jennie helps us at sales events as often as she can, and we sell her products on consignment at our shows! She's a wonderful friend, a great artist, and a fantastic craftswoman. You can find her shop at jenniemahoneyart.etsy.com.
